Method of Using 

Liquid Fusion has a thin nozzle applicator that makes it easier to use. First, you need to uncap it. 

Apply with the thin nozzle precisely in a clean and dry place. Make sure to apply an even coat, then let it sit for 25-30 minutes to set. 

Dry for 2-4 hours and achieve maximum strength within 24 hours. 

E6000 also has a similar application method: Apply with the thin nozzle to a clean and dry surface. Let it sit for some time, and you’re done. 

Resistance

Liquid Fusion is a waterproof, UV-resistant glue. It is also non-toxic, odorless, fast-drying, clear, and strong. 

It has a super strong hold, and the waterproof technology makes it even more convenient for indoor and outdoor projects. 

E6000 is a low-odor, stretchy, and acid-free adhesive. It provides a flexible outcome without cracking or becoming brittle under stress or extreme temperatures. 

It is also photo-safe and has a shelf life of 2 years. However, it doesn’t have UV resistance or a solvent-free facility like Liquid Fusion. 

E6000 Glue

Caution 

Liquid Fusion claims to be an irritant product. It can irritate the eyes and skin. You must read the caution on the back panel. 

E6000 is also an irritant to the skin and eyes. It is a harmful vapor and contains perchloroethylene, a possible cancer agent. 

Prolonged exposure to vapor can cause eye irritation, headache, nausea, and dizziness. Therefore, you must avoid inhalation and use an exhaust fan for protection. 

Also, avoid skin and eye contact. Wash the skin area immediately after use and rinse the eyes if necessary. 

If any symptoms occur, move to fresh air for complete protection. 

Editor’s Note 

Liquid Fusion is a non-toxic and UV-resistant adhesive. But E6000 isn’t solvent-free and is also not UV-resistant. 

So, if you want a solvent-free, low-odor, and UV-resistant feature, Liquid Fusion is the best. 

If I look into applications and versatility, E6000 is better as it works on more materials and fabrics than Liquid Fusion, including leatherworking and woodworking. 

I think the E6000 is more convenient, works both indoor and outdoor applications, and is more available.
